摘要
档案开放审核是各级国家综合档案馆的一项基础性业务工作,将AI应用于档案开放审核实践,既是时代发展的机遇,也面临着一系列挑战。运用SWOT分析法考量AI技术在档案开放审核中的优势和劣势、机遇和威胁,在此基础上结合内、外部因素提出应对之策,以期在档案开放审核中最大化发挥AI技术效用,实现AI技术与档案开放审核工作良性互动和科学发展。
Archives opening audit is a basic business work of comprehensive national archives at all levels.Applying AI to archives opening audit practice is not only an opportunity for the development of the times,but also faces a series of challenges.The SWOT analysis method considers the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of AI technology in the open audit of archives.On this basis,the countermeasures are put forward in combination with internal and external factors to maximize the effectiveness of AI technology in the opening audit of archives and realize the benign interaction and scientific development of AI technology and the opening audit of archives.
