重大活动和突发事件档案征集模式优化研究——基于省级综合档案馆重大活动和突发事件档案征集公告的分析

Study on Optimization of Archives Acquisition Mode for Major Events And Emergencies-Based on The Analysis of Major Activities And Emergency Archives Acquisition Announcements of Provincial Comprehensive Archives

重大活动和突发事件档案是国家档案资源体系不可或缺的重要组成部分,征集是重大活动和突发事件档案资源建设的重要方式。通过对我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)综合档案馆的重大活动和突发事件档案征集公告文本的分析,发现征集模式还存在征集主体异域分割、征集主题单一固化、征集方式被动传统的问题,提出了多主体参与、多角度开展、全周期推进、全方位助力的优化策略。

Major events and emergency archives are an indispensable part of national archives resources.Acquisition is an important way to build archive resources for major events and emergencies.Through the analysis of the announcement texts of major events and emergency archives acquisition in comprehensive archives of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government)in China,it is found that there are still some problems in the acquisition mode,such as the foreign segmentation of the collection subject,the single solidification of the acquisition subject,and the passive traditional acquisition mode.The optimization strategy of multi-subject participation,fullcycle promotion,multi-angle development and all-round assistance is put forward.
