民国机制纸档案的修复方法及启示——以伪华北政务委员会文书为例

The Restoration and Enlightenment of Machine-made Paper Archives of the Republic of China--Taking the Document of the Pseudo-North China Political Council as an Example

民国机制纸档案修复和传统手工纸档案在修复材料的选择、修复步骤、修复理念等方面均有所不同。对馆藏严重炭化民国机制纸档案的抢救性保护开展案例研究能够为民国档案保护工作提供借鉴。在档案无损检测的基础上开展病害治理、选择适宜的手工纸多层修复、对炭化部分局部加固,这些保护措施能够在保持档案原貌的基础上延长档案寿命。通过对修复效果的总结,可以获得民国档案修复保护工作的启示:应灵活选用修复材料;使用现代化的检测仪器助力保护工作;对档案碎片应能拼尽拼;修复过程应遵循最小干预原则,保留档案原貌。

The restoration techniques of machine-made paper archives in the Republic of China is different from that of traditional hand-made paper archives in the selection of restoration materials,restoration steps and restoration concepts.The case study on the rescue protection about the severely charred archive in the Republic of China can provide reference for the archives protection work.On the basis of non-destructive testing of archives,the protection work includes disease treatment,repairing with suitable hand-made paper,partial reinforcement of carbonized parts.These protective measures can extend the life of the archive on the basis of maintaining the original appearance.The summary of restoration work can be enlightening to improve the protection effect of archives in the Republic of China:Repair materials should be selected flexibly;useing modern testing equipment;splicing the fragment as far as possible;the restoration process should follow the principle of minimum intervention so as to retain the original appearance of the archives.
