不同嫁接方式对巨桉成活率及接穗长度的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Grafting Methods on the Survival Rate and Scion Length of Eucalyptus grandis

摘要 为了获得较优的巨桉Eucalyptus grandis优良无性系嫁接方法,为后续研究与生产提供理论依据,通过对砧木高度及PE平口袋厚度开展单因素和双因素正交试验,4个月后调查其嫁接成活率及新萌接穗长度。结果表明:单因素试验用PE平口袋厚度0.06mm、0.08mm、0.10mm、0.12mm和0.16mm进行套袋时,嫁接成活率介于75%~100%之间,新萌接穗长度介于8.0~9.5cm之间;双因素试验表明不同砧木高度新萌接穗长度呈极显著差异,不同PE平口袋厚度嫁接成活率呈现显著差异,砧木高度与PE平口袋厚度交互作用对巨桉嫁接成活率及新萌接穗长度影响差异较大。巨桉适宜的嫁接方式为砧木高度为30cm,PE平口袋厚度为0.10mm。 Through the experiment of different grafting methods of Eucalyptus grandis excellent clones,a better grafting method was obtained,so as to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent research and production.The survival rate of grafting and the length of newly sprouted scions were investigated after four months by carrying out single factor and two factors orthogonal tests on rootstocks height and PE flat pocket thickness.The results showed that the grafting survival rate ranged from 75%to 100%and the length of newly sprouted scions ranged from 8.0 cm to 9.5 cm,when thickness of PE flat bags was 0.06,0.08,0.10,0.12,and 0.16 mm,respectively;The two-factors experiment showed that the length of newly sprouted scions with different rootstock height was significantly different,and the survival rate of grafting with different PE flat pocket thickness was significantly different.The survival rate and length of newly sprouted scions of E.grandis had significant differences in interaction between the height of rootstock and the PE flat pocket thickness.The suitable grafting method for E.grandis is to have a rootstock height of 30 cm and the PE flat pocket thickness of 0.10 mm.
