摘要
传统绞吸式挖泥船采用D40(或SC40)刀齿来完成挖掘泥沙的工作,在进行海洋底部岩石挖掘时很难满足要求。采用矿山采掘设备所用的镐型截齿来代替D40刀齿是一种跨行业尝试。依据挖泥船参数对原绞刀头进行了改造,增加了刀臂刀盘,用135个镐型截齿代替了原来54个D40刀齿,并对其截割力、截割强度、进刀量进行了演算,理论上能满足使用要求。经现场试验跟踪,获取了相关改进信息。
The traditional cutting suction dredger uses D40(or SC40)teeth to complete the excavation of sediment,which is difficult to meet the requirements when excavating rocks at the bottom of the ocean.The use of pickaxe shaped cutting teeth used in mining equipment to replace D40 cutting teeth is a cross industry attempt.Based on the parameters of the dredger,the original cutting head was modified by adding a cutting arm and disc,replacing the original 54 D40 cutting teeth with 135 pickaxe shaped cutting teeth.The cutting force,cutting strength,and feed amount were calculated,which theoretically meets the requirements for use.Through on-site testing and tracking,relevant improvement information has been obtained.
