社会记忆视域下精准扶贫档案资源建设研究——以咸宁市县(区)综合档案馆为例

Research on the Archives Resource Construction of Targeted Poverty Reduction from the Perspective of Social Memory:Take the Comprehensive Archives in Xianning City as Examples

精准扶贫档案是见证我国精准扶贫工作历程、凝结全国人民艰苦奋斗的具有保存价值的各种形式的原始记录,是构建社会脱贫记忆的重要素材。本文采用深度访谈法,以湖北省咸宁市县(区)级综合档案馆为调研对象,对精准扶贫档案资源建设的现状和问题进行质性研究。基于社会记忆分析框架和编码分析,本文提出“主体-中介-客体-保障”四维一体的精准扶贫档案资源建设架构与相应策略,多措并施,释放精准扶贫档案资源的社会价值,以期有效助推脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的衔接,建构全社会认同的脱贫记忆。

The targeted poverty reduction archives are the original records of various forms with preservation value,which witness the course of Chinese targeted poverty reduction work and condense the laborious efforts of Chinese people.They are also significant materials for constructing a social memory of poverty reduction.This paper adopted field indepth interviews,taking the city,district,and county comprehensive archives of Xianning City,Hubei Province as research objects,and conducted qualitative research on the current condition and issues in the construction of targeted poverty reduction archive resources.Based on social memory analysis framework and coding results,this paper proposed a fourdimensional construction structure for targeted poverty reduction archive resources,including“subject-mediator-object-guarantee”,and presented corresponding strategies to unleash the social value of the archive resources,so as to effectively promote the connection between poverty reduction and rural revitalization,and construct the poverty alleviation memory recognized by the whole society.
