企业档案部门对大语言模型的使用意愿影响因素研究

Study on the influencing factors of the willingness to use the large language model in the enterprise archives department

[目的/意义]探究企业档案部门对大语言模型的使用意愿的影响因素,以期促进档案部门的数字化转型。[方法/过程]对长三角地区5家企业的10名档案工作人员进行一对一的深度访谈后,运用扎根理论对访谈内容进行实质性编码,深入研究影响企业档案部门对大语言模型的使用意愿的影响因素,并基于技术接受模型建构企业档案部门对大语言模型的使用意愿的影响因素理论模型。[结果/结论]研究表明,模型特性、社会影响、自我效能、感知有用性、感知易用性是影响企业档案部门对大语言模型的使用意愿的5个主范畴。在此基础上,探析提高档案部门的数字化能力的可行路径。

[Purpose/significance]To explore the influencing factors of the enterprise archives department's willingness to use the large language model,in order to promote the digital transformation of the archives department.[Method/process]in Yangtze river delta five companies 10 archives workers after one-on-one in-depth interview,using root theory of interview content of substantive coding,further study affect enterprise archives department of the influence of the use of large language model factors,and based on the technical model construction enterprise archives department of the use of large language model will influence factors theoretical model.[Results/Conclusion]Research shows that model characteristics,social impact,self-efficacy,perceived usefulness,and perceived ease of use are the five main categories that affect the willingness of enterprise archives departments to use large language models.On this basis,the feasible path to improve the digital ability of the archives department is analyzed.
