对共建“一带一路”国家直接投资促进中国企业高质量发展研究

Study on Promoting High-Quality Development of Chinese Enterprises through Direct Investment in the Belt and Road Countries

基于模型的设计及其数据的回归分析,所得到的结果表明:中国对共建“一带一路”国家直接投资对企业高质量发展有明显的促进作用,同时实际GDP增长、信息技术服务产业产值增加和生产者价格指数上升对企业高质量发展促进作用明显,增值税占税收收入比重下降对企业高质量发展有正向作用,但并不明显。以此为依据,提出政府一方面要采用市场化手段,鼓励企业加大人力资本和科技投入,实施走出去企业发展战略;另一方面要加大数字基础设施建设,为数字技术赋能企业高质量发展提供支撑。

Based on the design of the model and the regression analysis of its data,the results obtained show that China's direct investment in the Belt and Road countries has signifi cantly promoted the high-quality development of enterprises.At the same time,the growth of real GDP,the increase of output value of information technology services industry and the rise of producer price index have signifi cantly promoted the high-quality development of enterprises.The decline of the proportion of value-added tax in tax revenue has a positive eff ect on the high-quality development of enterprises,but not obvious.Based on this,it is proposed that the government should adopt market-oriented measures to encourage enterprises to increase their investment in human capital and technology,and implement the strategy of going global for development;On the other hand,we need to increase the construction of digital infrastructure to provide support for the high-quality development of enterprises empowered by digital technology.
