多方联动干预结合母乳喂养指导对自然分娩初产妇母乳喂养情况的影响

Effect of multi-party linkage intervention combined with breastfeeding guidance on breastfeeding of natural childbirth primiparas

目的探讨多方联动干预结合母乳喂养指导对自然分娩初产妇母乳喂养情况的影响。方法选取2022年4月至2023年4月于山东省沂南县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心自然分娩的160例初产妇,按随机数字表法分为两组,各80例。对照组给予母乳喂养指导,观察组给予多方联动干预结合母乳喂养指导,比较两组泌乳情况、母乳喂养效能(BSES)、母亲角色适应能力(MRAQ)及纯母乳喂养情况。结果观察组泌乳情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后BSES、MRAQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组纯母乳喂率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多方联动干预结合母乳喂养指导在自然分娩初产妇中应用效果较好,能促进乳汁分泌,改善产妇母乳喂养效能与母亲角色适应能力,提高纯母乳喂养率。

Objective To explore the effect of multi-party linkage intervention combined with breastfeeding guidance on breastfeeding of natural childbirth primiparas.Methods A total of 160 primiparas who had natural childbirth in the Yinian County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center,Shandong Province from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given breastfeeding guidance,while the observation group was given multi-party linkage intervention combined with breastfeeding guidance.The lactation status,breastfeeding efficacy(BSES),mother role adaptation questionnaire(MRAQ)and exclusive breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results The lactation status of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The BSES and MRAQ scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The exclusive breastfeeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-party linkage intervention combined with breastfeeding guidance has a good application effect in natural childbirth primiparas,which can promote milk secretion,improve maternal breastfeeding efficacy and mother role adaptation ability,and increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding.
