优质护理在小儿肺炎中的应用效果

Application effect of high-quality nursing in pediatric pneumonia

目的探讨优质护理在小儿肺炎中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月至2022年2月滕州市中心人民医院儿科收治的80例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用优质护理。比较两组临床症状消失时间、家属满意度及并发症总发生率。结果观察组各临床症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在肺炎患儿中的应用可加速临床症状的缓解,减少并发症的发生,提高家属满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of high-quality nursing in pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with pneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Tengzhou Central People’s Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,family satisfaction and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in pediatric pneumonia can accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve family satisfaction.
