我国省实验室的缘起与发展

省实验室作为一种在实践中诞生的“新物种”,正在成为学术界研究的热点。省实验室是由省级政府主导、多主体参与、规范化运作的高水平新型研发机构。在我国,省实验室的建设经历了孕育期、成长期、发展期三个阶段,呈现出命名方式特色化、区域分布不均衡、建设进程有先后、战略定位多层次、人才队伍高规格、发展类型多元化等六个发展特征。它既是国家战略科技力量的有效补充,又是带动区域高质量发展的重要引擎,在实施创新驱动发展战略中发挥重要作用。

As a new organization born in the practice of exploration,the provincial laboratory has become a hot spot of concern of academic circles.Provincial laboratories are high-level new R&D institutions led by provincial governments,participated by multiple subjects and standardized in operation.In China,provincial laboratories have roughly gone through the conception,growth and development stages,and feature characteristic naming,uneven regional distribution,sequential construction,multi-level strategic positioning,highly standardized talent team and diversified development types.Serving as an effective supplement to the national strategic science and technology force and an important engine to drive regional highquality development,the provincial laboratory plays an important role in the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.
