摘要 在复杂多变的外界环境下,员工越轨创新行为已成为企业把握创新机会、获取核心竞争优势、实现高质量发展的有效途径。目前,国内员工越轨创新行为的研究在构建内涵、成因、作用效果及机制等方面体现出总体研究成果的深度和体系化不足,亟需通过多层次梳理研究文献,厘清其发展脉络。通过归纳总结出概念、特征、影响因素、影响效果和边界条件5个方面研究内容,构建越轨创新行为多层次研究框架并提出研究展望,以期为学界提供越轨创新行为的整体性研究视角,帮助实践界更好地识别和管理越轨创新行为。 In the complex and changeable external environment,employees'deviant innovation behavior has become an effective way for enterprises to grasp innovation opportunities,obtain core competitive advantages and achieve high-quality development.At present,the research on employees'deviant innovation behavior in China shows the lack of depth and systematization of the overall research results in the aspects of connotation,cause,effect and mechanism,etc.It is urgent to sort out the research literature at multiple levels to clarify its development context.This paper summarizes the research contents from five aspects:concept,characteristics,influencing factors,influencing effects and boundary conditions,constructs a multi-level research framework of deviant innovation behavior,and puts forward research prospects,in order to provide the academic community with a holistic research perspective of deviant innovation behavior,and help the practical community to better identify and manage deviant innovation behavior.
