摘要
水凝胶在吸附去除污水中的重金属离子、肥料和染料等污染物方面具有巨大潜力。报道了生物基藻酸盐水凝胶珠的合成以及改性聚乙烯亚胺复合水凝胶吸附剂用于污水处理。定量研究了复合凝胶对亚甲基蓝染料和刚果红染料的吸附情况,其中藻酸盐水凝胶对甲基蓝吸附量为2.21×10^(-4) mol·g^(-1),复合水凝胶对刚果红的吸附量为6.69×10^(-5) mol·g^(-1)。此外,确定了染料吸附量与pH值的关系,结果表明:复合水凝胶对酸性和碱性条件具有较宽的耐受范围,通过带电基团实现吸附作用的藻酸盐的水凝胶体系具环境友好、廉价、易于获得、可适用于废水处理等优点。
Hydrogels have great potential in adsorbing and removing pollutants such as heavy metal ions,fertilizers,and dyes from wastewater.In this paper,the synthesis of biopolymeric alginate hydrogel beads and the utilization of modified polyethyleneimine composite hydrogel adsorbents in wastewater treatment were reported.The adsorption of methylene blue dye and Congo red dye by the composite hydrogels was quantitatively studied.The adsorption capacity of alginate hydrogel for methylene blue was 2.21×10^(-4) mol·g^(-1),while the adsorption capacity of the composite hydrogel for Congo red was 6.69×10^(-5) mol·g^(-1).Furthermore,the relationship between dye adsorption capacity and pH value was determined,and the results showed that the composite hydrogel had a wide tolerance range for both acidic and alkaline conditions.The alginate hydrogel system achieved adsorption through charged groups,was environmentally friendly,inexpensive,easy to obtain,and suitable for wastewater treatment.
