摘要
针对目前固井作业所用的早强剂受低温条件限制,加量增大,体系敏感性差,过渡时间长,早期强度发展缓慢等问题,采用溶液配制、离子调节、pH值调节、加热、慢滴静置、抽滤沉淀、干燥研磨等工艺,研发可促进水泥速凝并增加抗压强度的晶种,以经水热合成获得的早强剂晶种CHNS作为配体,与其他几种无机试剂复配,获得了一种可在低温条件下使用的性能良好的复合型增强剂,满足钻采工业使用要求。
Aiming at the problems of the strength agent used in cementing operation including not suitable for low temperature conditions,large amounts of dosage consumption,poor system sensitivity,and slow development of early strength,a kind of crystal seed was prepared by the process of solution preparation,ion regulation,pH value regulation,heating,slow drop,filtration precipitation,dry grinding.The crystal seed CHNS were obtained through hydrothermal synthesis that can promote the rapid coagulation of cement and increase the compressive strength.The crystal seed was compounded with other inorganic reagents to obtain a composite reinforcing agent with good performance that can be used at low temperature,meeting the requirements of drilling and production industry.
