摘要
甲苯是一种典型的可挥发性有机物,具有较强毒性和致癌性,其直接排放会严重危害人类健康和大气环境。催化燃烧技术是净化甲苯尾气的关键技术,因其净化效率高、无二次污染等优点,具有广泛的工业应用前景。高效低成本的催化燃烧催化剂是催化燃烧技术的研究重点。围绕甲苯催化燃烧机理和催化剂等方面进行分析阐述,着重归纳总结贵金属和非贵金属催化剂性能影响因素和调控方法,为高效甲苯催化燃烧催化剂的研发提供技术支撑。
Toluene is a typical volatile organic compound with strong toxicity and carcinogenicity,and its direct emissions can seriously endanger human health and the atmospheric environment.Catalytic combustion technology is a key technology for purifying toluene tail gas,and has broad industrial application prospects due to its high purification efficiency and no secondary pollution.Efficient and low-cost catalytic combustion catalysts are the research focus of catalytic combustion technology.In this article,the catalytic combustion mechanism and catalysts of toluene were analyzed and elaborated,the performance influencing factors and control methods of precious and non-noble metal catalysts were summarized,providing support for the development of efficient catalytic combustion catalysts.
