Problems in Compliance Check of Self-monitoring of pollutant Discharging unit and Suggestions for Improvement

自排污单位自行监测实施以来,各企业自行监测水平参差不齐。针对目前自行监测存在的问题,从监测计划、分析检测、在线监测、数据完整性、企业意识和服务监督角度给出合理化建议,并提出自行监测的未来发展方向,有助于提高企业自行监测水平,保障监测数据的有效性,为污染防治政策的制定和实施提供科学依据。

Since the implementation of pollutant discharge unit self-monitoring,the enterprises self-monitoring level is uneven.For the existing problems in self-monitoring,reasonable suggestions were given from the perspective of monitoring plan,analysis,online monitoring and detection,data integrity,enterprise awareness and service supervision.The future development direction of self-monitoring was proposed,being helpful to improve the level of self-monitoring of enterprises,ensure the effectiveness of monitoring data,and provide scientific basis for the formulation and implementation of pollution control policies.
