摘要
目的:探讨江西、湖南、浙江、四川所产栀子的颜色差异,为研究栀子颜色与化学成分的相关性和建立栀子药材的分级标准提供参考。方法:采用CM-5分光测色计测定栀子的色彩差异,并以SPSS统计软件对不同产地栀子的一系列色彩指标(L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*)、E^(*)、C_(ab)、S_(ab)、b/a、H_(ab))进行差异分析。结果:a^(*)、C_(ab)、S_(ab)、b/a、H_(ab)等指标P<0.05,表示存在显著差异;其余指标P>0.05,无显著差异;江西与四川a值(红绿程度)接近,平均值为29;浙江次之为26,湖南为17;b/a平均值大小顺序为江西<浙江<四川<湖南。结论:不同产地栀子颜色存在显著差异性(P<0.05);江西所产栀子颜色偏红,浙江、四川次之,湖南产栀子偏黄。
Objective:The color differences of Zhizi from Jiangxi,Hunan,Zhejiang and Sichuan were studied to provide reference for studying the correlation between color and chemical composition of Zhizi and establishing the grading standard of gardenia.Method:The color difference of Zhizi was determined by CM-5 spectrophotometric colorimeter,and a series of color indexes(L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*)、E^(*)、C_(ab)、S_(ab)、b/a、H_(ab))of Zhizi from different producing areas were analyzed by SPSS statistical software.Result:A^(*),C_(ab),S_(ab),B/A,H_(ab)and other indicators had the P value.less than 0.05,indicating signiffcant differences.Other indexes showed no signiffcant difference(P>0.05).The A value of Jiangxi and Sichuan was close to each other,with an average value of 29.Zhejiang followed with the A value of 26 and Hunan with 17.The order of b/A mean value was Jiangxi<Zhejiang<Sichuan<Hunan.Conclusion:There are signiffcant differences in the color of Zhizi from different producing areas(P<0.05).Zhizi produced in Jiangxi tend to be red,followed by those from Zhejiang and Sichuan,and those from Hunan tend to be yellow.
