专利视角下中药黄精全产业链的发展对策研究

Research on development countermeasures of whole industrial chain of Huangjing from perspective of patents

目的:基于专利视角分析研究我国中药黄精产业发展现状与对策。方法:采用专利分析和可视化图谱等方法,围绕我国黄精产业链的专利申请趋势、地域分布及关键技术等方面进行现状分析。结果:我国中药黄精产业已进入快速发展期;道地产区安徽、云南专利申请占据“龙头”,地域特色明显;黄精培养基等组织培养技术是驱动产业种苗优质高量发展的重点技术;而以多糖提取研究为主导的黄精提取技术正快速向现代高效提取工艺转变;食品类黄精产品的开发仍是产业未来的重要发展方向。结论:建议以我国大健康产业与各地政府扶持政策为契机,充分发挥我国黄精产业药食同源优势,加强道地产区产业链建设和技术创新,聚焦黄精系列大健康产品开发,提升黄精产业发展竞争力。

Objective:From the perspective of patents,the development trend of China's traditional Chinese medicine Huangjing industry chain was analyzed.Method:Based on the incoPat patent database,the patent application trend,regional distribution and key technologies of the industrial chain of Huangjing in China were analyzed by means of patent analysis and visual chart analysis method.Result:The traditional Chinese medicine Huangjing industry had entered a period of rapid development.Genuine producing areas Anhui,Yunnan patent applications occupied'leader'position with obvious regional characteristics.Tissue culture technologies such as Huangjing medium were the key technologies to drive the high-quality and high-quatity development of industrial seedlings.The extraction technology of Huangjing dominated by polysaccharide extraction research was rapidly changing to modern efficient extraction technology.Development of food Huangjing products was still an important development direction of the industry in the future.Conclusion:It is recommended to take the market demand and the support of local governments as an opportunity to give full play to the advantages of medicine and food homology of Huangjing industry in China,strengthen the construction of industrial chain and technological innovation in genuine producing areas,focus on the development of Huangjing series health products,and to raise competitiveness of the industry.
