高校乡村振兴主题社会实践育人研究

Research on social practice education on the theme of rural revitalization in colleges and universities

乡村振兴能够有效缓解“三农”问题并促进城乡均衡化发展,党的十九届五中全会提出全面推进乡村振兴。高校社会实践育人工作以乡村振兴为其重要载体与有效路径。文章首先分析乡村振兴价值并阐明高校乡村振兴主题社会实践活动积极意义;继而指出高校乡村振兴主题社会实践活动现存问题,并从高校、大学生以及政府三个方面点明问题成因;最后,在分析高校乡村振兴主题社会实践组织架构的基础上,为社会实践育人工作的开展提供四条建议,具体包括构建“四训合一”育人模式、加大宣传力度、推动校地互通以及开设专项经费等,以期为相关工作者提供有益借鉴。

Rural revitalization can effectively alleviate the"three rural"problems and promote the balanced development of urban and rural areas.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.Rural revitalization is an important carrier and effective path for the social practice education in colleges and universities.The article ffrst analyzes the value of rural revitalization and expounds the positive significance of the social practice activities of rural revitalization in colleges and universities.Then it points out the existing problems in the social practice activities of the theme of rural revitalization in colleges and universities,and points out the causes of the problems from three aspects:colleges and universities,students and the government.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the organizational structure of social practice on the theme of rural revitalization in colleges and universities,four suggestions are provided for the development of social practice education work,including the construction of"four training into one"education model,increasing publicity,promoting school-land exchange,and setting up special funds etc.,so as to provide useful reference for relevant workers.
