摘要
生产技术准备是商用车新产品实现批量生产前的关键过程之一,它决定了商用车批量导入的效率、时间、质量以及为企业带来的利润。针对目前过程中出现的问题,本文将基于项目管理的计划、质量、成本三要素进行分析和研究,尝试将项目管理方法应用到生产准备过程中。通过基于项目管理计划、质量、成本三要素的分析研究,借助项目知识及工具制定解决措施,并通过实践应用,确保新产品能够满足质量和成本目标要求,同时按计划节点完成产品上市,实现生产技术准备管理的高效性。
Production technology preparation is one of the key processes before mass production of new commercial vehicle products,which determines the efficiency,time,quality,and profits brought to enterprises by mass introduction of commercial vehicles.In response to the problems that have arisen in the current process,based on the analysis and research of the three elements of project management“plan,quality,and cost”,this paper attempts to apply project management methods to the production preparation process.Based on the analysis and research of the three elements of project management“plan,quality,and cost”,with the help of project knowledge and tools,solutions are developed to ensure that new products meet the requirements of quality and cost objectives through practical application,And able to complete the product launch according to the planned milestones,achieving twice the result with half the effort in production technology preparation management.
