基于SWOT-AHP-TOPSIS模型的换电重卡发展对策研究

摘要 本研究着眼于换电重卡自身特点,对外部发展环境进行深入分析,全面梳理了中国在发展换电重卡方面的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等因素,构建SWOT指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)对各因素进行权重计算,并根据这些权重来评估战略强度,从而制定出发展战略并提出相应的实施方案。此外,还运用TOPSIS方法对这些方案进行择优和排序,从而得出最有利于换电重卡未来发展的建议和措施。 Based on the characteristics of the Battery-Swap electric heavy-duty truck,this study analyzes the external development environment,lists the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of the Battery-Swap electric heavyduty truck in China,and constructs the SWOT index system.Using analytic Hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight of each factor,calculate the strategic strength according to the weight,get the development strategy and put forward the implementation plan;TOPsiS method was used to prioritize and rank the proposed schemes,and the most beneficial suggestions and measures for the future development of Battery-Swap electric heavy-duty truck were obtained.
