选取针对国内已建和在建抽水蓄能电站造价指标进行分类统计,并对其竣工决算和设计概算进行分项对比,总体来看,已建抽蓄电站投资整体可控,但建设征地和移民工程、独立费用、建设期利息超概明显,且在建工程总投资相比已建成项目投资增长幅度较大。

In this paper,the cost indexes of domestic pumped storage power stations that have been built and are under construction are classified and counted,and theirfinal accounts and design estimates are compared separately.On the whole,the investment of the pumped storage power stations that have been built is controllable,but the land acquisition and resettlement projects,independent costs and interest during construction are more obvious.In addition,compared with the investment in completed projects,the total investment in construction projects has a larger growth rate than that in completed projects.In this paper,the cost index of domestic pumped storage power stations under construction and under construction is classified and counted,and thefinal accounts and design budget are compared separately.On the whole,the investment in built pumped storage power stations is controllable,but the land acquisition and migration projects,independent costs and interest during construction are more obvious.In addition,the total investment in construction projects increased significantly compared with the investment in completed projects.
