摘要
与传统现浇建筑相比,装配式建筑工程质量面临着各种挑战。本研究从构件制造质量风险、施工准备质量风险、现场施工质量风险和过程管理质量风险四个方面对其质量风险水平进行评价,利用解释结构模型和网络分析法相结合的灰色聚类评价方法构建装配式质量风险评价模型,通过ISM分析建立指标网络结构,运用ANP确定权重,并构建相应的白化权函数,最后,对Y大学的装配式质量风险水平进行评价来验证模型的可行性,结果表明,该模型可行。
Compared with traditional cast-in-place buildings,the quality of prefabricated construction projects faces various challenges.In this study,the quality risk level of component manufacturing is evaluated from four aspects:component manufacturing quality risk,construction preparation quality risk,on-site construction quality risk risk and process management quality risk,the prefabricated quality risk assessment model is constructed by using the gray clustering evaluation method combining the explanatory structure model and network analysis method,the index network structure is established through ISM analysis,the ANP is used to determine the weight,and the corresponding whitening weight function is constructed.The results show that the model is feasible.
