建设工程项目管理水平综合评价研究

摘要 对建设工程项目管理水平进行综合评价,涉及的影响因素种类多、范围广,评价模型复杂,实现量化评估十分困难。首先构建以4个维度、30个指标为基础的的建设工程项目管理水平影响因素指标体系;其次利用层次分析法分析影响因素权重并排序,明确高权重因素进而简化综合评价模型输入;在此基础上,建立BP神经网络改进算法模型,预测实际工期(AT)、项目总支出(AE)、工程结构优质等级(GES)等衡量项目管理水平的关键指标;考虑项目管理实践中的评价常规做法,优化综合评价指标并利用模糊评价方法对项目管理水平进行综合评价;根据实际工程项目数据验证结果,提出的综合评价方法能够在一定程度上实现对未完工项目和已完工项目管理水平的综合评价。 The comprehensive evaluation of the management level of construction projects involves many kinds of influencing factors,wide range,complex evaluation models,and it is very difficult to achieve quantitative evaluation.Constructs the index system of influencing factors of construction project management level based on 4 dimensions and 30 indexes.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the weight of the influencing factors and sort them,so as to clarify the high-weight factors and simplify the input of the comprehensive evaluation model.On this basis,the improved algorithm model of BP neural network is established to predict the key indicators of project management level,such as actual duration(AT),total project expenditure(AE)and quality level of engineering structure(GES).Then,considering the conventional evaluation methods in project management practice,the comprehensive evaluation index is optimized and the fuzzy evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the project management level.According to the actual project data verification results,the comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper can realize the comprehensive evaluation of the management level of unfinished projects and completed projects to a certain extent.
