using the analytic hierarchy method as the theoretical basis for the selection of airport engineering project management mode,and then taking the helicopter tower and its auxiliary facilities engineering project of the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China as a case,the selection of the best engineering project management mode is carried out for the case project,so as to provide a little reference for the civil aviation professional engineering project practitioners on the choice of management mode.
