为提高企业经营效益,必须加强成本管控,提升项目成本分析能力。但部分施工企业在项目管理过程中,未有效进行项目成本分析,导致项目盈亏点无法判断、经营情况无法预测。本文就施工项目如何准确有效进行成本分析开展相关研究,以期实现提升成本分析能力的目的。

To improve the operational efficiency of enterprises,it is necessary to strengthen cost control and enhance project cost analysis capabilities.However,some construction companies have not effectively conducted project cost analysis in the project management process,resulting in the inability to determine project profit and loss points and predict operating conditions.This article conducts relevant research on how to accurately and effectively analyze the cost of construction projects,in order to achieve the goal of improving cost analysis capabilities.
