摘要
面向工程检测企业在仪器类固定资产管理过程中存在的各管理阶段数据不连通、固定资产追溯性差、仪器设备维护不到位等问题,设计了固定资产双重闭环管理信息系统,以固定资产编码为基础,以动态配置的流程引擎为支撑,以状态辨识检定提醒为抓手,支持固定资产全流程可追溯信息化管理。经过项目应用和验证,从固定资产全生命周期维度提高保值和增值率;从仪器类设备使用流转维度,提高流通率和检测作业工程效益。
Facing the problems of data disconnection,poor traceability offixed assets and inadequate maintenance of instruments and equipment in the management process of instrumentation fixed assets in engineering inspection enterprises,a double closed-loop management information system forfixed assets is designed,which is based on fixed assets coding,supported by dynamic configuration process engine,and supported by state identification verification reminder to support traceability information management of the whole process offixed assets.After project application and verification,the rate of value preservation and appreciation is improved from the whole life cycle dimension offixed assets;From the use and circulation dimension of instrumentation equipment,the circulation rate and engineering benefit of detection operation are improved.
