摘要
基于超高性能混凝土(UHPC)材料设计了一种薄壁水沟,对UHPC薄壁水沟的结构和稳定性进行了验证分析,并对UHPC装配式薄壁水沟和传统装配式钢筋混凝土水沟的经济社会环境效益进行了对比。结果表明:UHPC薄壁水沟结构尺寸小,重量轻,但结构十分稳定,在2倍载荷放大系数下,变形受力均满足设计规范,在9.2kN/m2的现场均布荷载作用下,水沟侧壁仅下沉0.5mm,表明结构具有良好的受力性能;UHPC薄壁水沟相比传统普通钢筋混凝土水沟每延米的工程造价降低了24.6%,碳排放降低了62.9%,使用寿命提升3倍以上,具有极高的经济、社会和环境效益。
A thin-walled ditch was designed based on ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)material,and the structure and stability of UHPC thin-walled ditch were verified and analyzed.The economic,social,and environmental benefits of UHPC prefabricated thin-walled ditch and traditional prefabricated reinforced concrete ditch were compared.The results show that the UHPC thin-walled ditch structure is small in size and lightweight.However,the structure is very stable,and under two times the load amplification factor,the deformation and stress meet the design specifications.Under the on-site uniform load of 9.2kN/m2,the side wall of the ditch only sinks 0.5mm,indicating that the structure has good stress performance;Compared with traditional ordinary reinforced concrete ditches,UHPC thin-walled ditches have a 24.6%reduction in engineering cost per linear meter,a 62.9%reduction in carbon emissions,and a more than 3-fold increase in service life.They have extremely high economic,social,and environmental benefits.
