开展对新型办公建筑的技术、经济性能指标的研究及应用,构建完备的指标体系,即建筑的基因指标、功能指标和系统指标,探讨技术与经济一体化的设计策略和管理策略,将其应用在项目工程全过程阶段,以期得到经济合理的建筑项目。

In this paper,the research and application of the technical and economic performance indicators of the new office building are carried out,and its complete index system is constructed,that is,the genetic index,functional index and system index of the building,which becomes the design strategy and management strategy of the integration of technology and economy.It is applied to the whole process of project engineering,in order to obtain economic and reasonable construction projects.
