Comparative Analysis of the Current Two Part Electricity Pricing and the Benefits of Pumped Storage Power Stations in the Mature Stage of the Electricity Market

就市场成熟前后不同阶段下抽水蓄能的收益情况进行对比分析,其中现行政策阶段按燃煤基准价方式结算,未来成熟市场下以全容量参与现货-辅助服务。首先对抽水蓄能电站的不同价格结算机制进行研究,分别建立了两个阶段下的收益测算模型,最后以华北区域某抽蓄电站为实证数据来源进行收益测算分析。

This paper makes a comparative analysis of the income of pumped storage in different stages before and after the market maturity,in which the settlement is based on the coal benchmark price in the current policy stage,and the full capacity will participate in the spot-auxiliary service in the future mature market.Firstly,different price settlement mechanisms of pumped storage power stations are studied,and the revenue calculation models under two stages are established respectively.Finally,an empirical data source of a pumped storage power station in the North China region was used for profit calculation analysis.
