风险管理与价值工程的交互研究

Research on the Interaction between Risk Management and Value Engineering

风险管理与价值工程都在建筑业中得到了广泛应用,然而这两个工具怎么结合,是项目管理中的难点。本研究以伊朗A工厂输水工程为例,主要探讨了价值工程与风险管理如何在此项目中交互并产生作用,并对该过程构建了交互理论模型,以期为国内工程实践提供参考。

Both risk management and value engineering are widely used in the construction industry,but how to combine these two tools is a difficult problem in project management.Taking the water conveyance project of plant A in Iran as an example,this study mainly discusses how value engineering and risk management interact and play a role in this project,and constructs an interaction theoretical model for the process,in order to provide reference for domestic engineering practice.
