摘要
随着工业4.0时代的到来,高等教育进入线上、线下教学长期共存的新发展阶段。数字技术赋能高等教育在线教学是对新一代数字技术的深入运用,对传统教学模式进行创新和重塑,驱动在线教学高质量发展,显现出更强的针对性、更好的体验性、更高的效率性。数字化赋能高等教育在线教育的现实基础主要体现在战略支撑、技术驱动、作用机制、内生动力和情感认同等方面。目前,教师信息综合素养“失位”与“缺位”、供需配置不合理、数字生态体系尚未形成等问题凸显。基于此,为推动高等教育在线教学高质量发展提出了注重提升教师在线教学信息素养、健全在线教学供需对接机制、构建数字生态教学环境提升教学品质等优化路径。
With the advent of Industry 4.0 era,higher education enters the new development stage of long-term coexistence of online and offline teaching.Digital technology enabled online teaching in higher education is an in-depth application of a new generation of digital technology.The traditional teaching model is innovated and reshaped,and the high-quality development of online teaching is driv⁃en,showing more pertinence,better experience and better efficiency.The practical basis of digital en⁃abled online education is mainly reflected in the strategic support,technology drive,action mecha⁃nism,and internal power.At present,teachers’comprehensive information literacy is“missing”,sup⁃ply and demand allocation is unreasonable,and digital ecosystem is not established.Based on this,we need to pay attention to improving teachers’online teaching information literacy and the supply and demand of online teaching.The mechanism and the construction of digital ecological teaching environ⁃ment to improve teaching quality and other optimization paths are aimed at promoting the high-quality development of online teaching in higher education.
