Construction of the policy framework for a global community of health for all

人类卫生健康共同体倡议已经成为中国提出的重要的全球公共政策。文章依据政策科学中定义的“政策框架”,以逆政策过程的路径,追溯这一倡议的思想渊源。研究认为,对人类社会发展前景的坚定信仰、辩证唯物主义的方法论和中国的传统文化是这一倡议思想渊源。

The initiative of building"A Global Community of Health for All"has become an important global public policy proposed by China.According to the definition of the policy framework in policy science,this article traces the ideological origins of this initiative through a reverse policy process path.This article posits that a firm belief in the prospects of human social development,the methodology of dialectical materialism,and Chinese traditional culture constitute the ideological underpinnings of the initiative.
