近十年我国医养结合研究的分析

Research progress on the combination of medical services and elderly care in China in the past decade

目的明确近年来我国医养结合研究领域的发展情况,为今后该领域的研究发展提供理论参考。方法以“医养结合”为主题词,通过CiteSpace可视化分析软件对中国知网数据库中2013—2023年期刊文献进行检索,运用Excel软件对发文量进行统计分析,并进一步通过绘制作者、研究机构、关键词、突现词等共现图谱对文献进行深入剖析。结果最终共纳入491篇有效文献,相关发文量呈增长趋势,研究机构多以高校为主,理论分析性较强,缺少实例研究。结论多样化的养老服务模式、“互联网+医养结合”的管理模式、养老产业助力社区居家养老发展是学者普遍关注的热点,也是该领域研究未来持续发展的趋势。

Objective To clarify the advances in the researches on combination of medical services and elderly care in China in recent years,and to provide theoretical reference for the future study in this field.Methods"Combination of medical services and elderly care"used as the subject term,literature in CNKI database from 2013 to 2023 was searched by visualized analysis software CiteSpace.Excel software was used to calculate the number of published papers and to further analyze the literature by drawing co-occurrence maps of authors,research institutions,key words and burst words.Results Finally,a total of 491 valid papers were included in this study,and the number of relevant publications showed an increasing trend.The research institutions were mostly universities,thus the papers showed strong theoretical analysis capacity but lacked case studies.Conclusions The hot spots of scholars'common concern covers diversified elderly care models,the management model of"Internet+combination of medical services and elderly care",and the development of the elderly care industry to help the development of community home-based care for the elderly,which are also the future research trends.
