摘要
目的比较第3代双源CT心电门控大螺距血管成像技术和传统非心电门控成像技术2种扫描方式对Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者主动脉根部图像的质量和电离辐射剂量的大小。方法回顾性选取山西省心血管病医院2022年11月至2023年6月,用双源CT心电门控大螺距血管成像(Flash组)以及传统非心电门控扫描方式大血管成像(对照组)确诊为典型或不典型Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者共50例,以外科手术治疗术中所见为标准,评价第3代双源CT大螺距血管成像(Flash,螺距3.2)对主动脉根部图像质量的诊断准确度以及与传统非心电门控扫描方式成像患者所受的辐射剂量进行比较。结果Flash组对主动脉根部病变的显示图像质量均可满足诊断。Flash组有效辐射剂量(3.1±0.9)m Sv,均低于非心电门控对照组(8.2±0.7)mSv。结论双源CT心电门控大螺距血管成像对典型或不典型Stanford A型主动脉夹层根部病变显示的准确度显示高于传统非心电门控组,且有效辐射剂量低于对照组。
Objective To compare the quality of aortic root images and ionizing radiation dose of patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection in the third-generation dual-source CT ECG-gated large-pitch angiography and traditional non-ECG scanning methods.Methods From November 2022 to June 2023,50 patients who were diagnosed in Shanxi Cardiovascular Hospital as typical or atypical Stanford type A by using dual-source CT ECG-gated large-pitch angiography(experimental group)and traditional non-ECG-gated scanning(control group)were included.The diagnostic accuracy of the quality of aortic root images in the third generation dual-source large-pitch CT angiography(FLASH,pitch 3.2)and the radiation dose in conventional non-ECG-gated scanning were evaluated based on intraoperative findings.Results The image quality of aortic root lesions in the FLASH group can meet the diagnostic.Effective radiation dose(3.1+0.9)mSv of the FLASH group(8.2+0.7)mSv,which was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The evaluation accuracy of TAAD root of dual-source CT ECG-gated large-pitch angiography was significantly higher than that of the traditional non-ECG-gated group,and the effective radiation dose was significantly lower than that of the control group.
