摘要 家庭人口结构小型化及单身群体的兴起,使预制菜成为人们饮食的重要选择。快节奏生活导致人们很难有充足时间完成各种美食的制作,而预制菜可以通过简单加热或制作就可满足饮食需求。本文解析预制菜的概念及产品形式,阐述预制菜发展现状,剖析预制菜行业发展的内在动力,分析预制菜存在的食品安全问题,提出预制菜食品安全发展建议,打消消费者对预制菜食品安全的顾虑。 The miniaturization of household population structure and the rise of single individuals have made prefabricated dishes an important choice for people’s diets.The fast-paced lifestyle makes it difficult for people to have enough time to complete the preparation of various delicacies,while prefabricated dishes can meet dietary needs through simple heating or preparation.This paper analyzes the concept and product form of prepared dishes,expounds the development status of prepared dishes,analyzes the internal driving force of the development of prepared dishes industry,analyzes the food safety problems existing in prepared dishes,and puts forward suggestions on the development of prepared dishes food safety to dispel consumers'concerns about prepared dishes food safety.
