摘要 本文探讨了利用物联网技术构建食用林产品安全追溯体系的方法和策略。首先列举了物联网技术及其在食用林产品中的应用,如环境监测、产品跟踪。其次阐述了追溯体系的设计原则、框架和实施步骤,着重于数据的准确性、系统集成等关键要素。最后讨论了实施过程中可能遇到的技术与管理挑战及应对策略,旨在提高食品安全监管的效率和效果。 This paper discusses the methods and strategies for constructing a safety traceability system for edible forest products using Internet of Things(IoT)technology.Firstly,the Internet of Things technology and its application in edible forest products,such as environmental monitoring and product tracking,are listed.Secondly,it expounds the design principles,framework and implementation steps of the traceability system,focusing on the key elements such as data accuracy and system integration.Finally,the technical and management challenges and coping strategies that may be encountered in the implementation process are discussed in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of food safety supervision.
