高校食堂落实食品安全主体责任的创新实践与思考

摘要 高校食堂工作是高校后勤工作的重要内容,是高校进行教学科研工作的可靠保障。随着食品安全标准的提高、监管体系的完善以及主体责任的压实,高校食堂管理者应与时俱进,从观念、内容、方法、机制和手段等方面努力求新求变,做到食堂工作创新主体化、整体化和系统化。在国家市场监督管理总局下发《企业落实食品安全主体责任监督管理规定》的背景下,本文分析了高校食堂食品安全主体责任工作的现状及存在问题,据此提出相关对策,切实保障高校食堂食品安全,也为以后高校食堂精细化管理奠定基础。 The canteen work is an important part of the logistics work of colleges and universities,and it is a reliable guarantee for colleges and universities to carry out teaching and scientific research.With the improvement of food safety standards,the improvement of the supervision system and the consolidation of the main responsibility,the managers of college canteens should keep pace with the times,strive to seek innovation and change from the aspects of concepts,contents,methods,mechanisms and means,and achieve the subjectivity,integration and systematization of canteen work innovation.In the context of the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of the Main Responsibility of Enterprises for Food Safety issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the main responsibility of food safety in college canteens,and puts forward relevant countermeasures to effectively ensure the food safety of college canteens,and also lays the foundation for thefine management of college canteens in the future.
