Food quality and safety are closely related to national economy and people’s livelihood,so it is particularly important to do a good job in food quality and safety inspection.In food quality inspection,pesticide residue detection is a key content.Whether the application of detection technology is reasonable and standardized directly affects the efficiency of food quality inspection and the accuracy of inspection results.Therefore,it is of great significance to do a good job in the management of pesticide residue detection technology application.This article analyzes the key technologies of pesticide residue detection in food quality inspection,and explores strategies to improve the level of pesticide residue detection technology.
