食品安全检验是食品稽查的重要环节,对食品市场秩序和行业发展有重要影响。基于此,通过分析食品稽查的主要工作内容和食品安全检验技术的应用情况,探究食品安全检验技术在食品稽查中应用存在检验技术操作不规范、无法满足食品稽查需要等问题,提出加快食品安全检验技术创新,提升检测人员综合素质水平;加强食品稽查各机构组织之间的交流协作,制定食品稽查行业统一规范的政策建议。

Food safety inspection is an important part of food inspection,which has a significant impact on the order of the food market and the development of the industry.Based on this,by analyzing the main work content of food inspection and the application of food safety inspection technology,this paper explores the problems of non-standard inspection technology operation and inability to meet the needs of food inspection in the application of food safety inspection technology in food inspection.It proposes to accelerate the innovation of food safety inspection technology and improve the comprehensive quality level of inspection personnel;Strengthen communication and cooperation among various organizations involved in food inspection,and formulate policy recommendations for unified and standardized food inspection industry.
