摘要
本文探究了液相色谱-质谱技术在食用农产品检测中的应用,同时就该检测技术的原理、在具体农产品食品种类中的检测方式、检测阶段常见问题以及解决思路展开分析,以确保能够提升食用农产品的检测质量与检测效率。
This article explores the application measures of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology in the detection of edible agricultural products,and at the same time analyzes the principles of the detection technology,the detection methods of specific agricultural food types,the detection phase of common problems and solutions,to ensure the improvement of the detection quality and efficiency of edible agricultural products.
