摘要
近年来,食品安全备受关注,特别是重金属元素对人体健康的潜在威胁引起了广泛关注。重金属元素如铅、镉、汞等在人体中长期积累可能导致慢性中毒,因此对食品中重金属元素进行快速、准确的检测显得尤为重要。原子吸收光谱法作为一种应用较广泛的食品检测分析技术,具有快速、准确、灵敏度高的特点。通过原子吸收光谱法,可以对食品样品中的微量重金属元素进行定量分析,为食品质量安全提供了有力的技术支持。因此,本文旨在探讨原子吸收光谱法在食品重金属元素检测中的应用,阐明该方法在食品安全监测中的重要作用,为食品安全领域的研究和实践提供有益参考。
In recent years,food safety has attracted much attention,especially the potential threat of heavy metal elements to human health.The long-term accumulation of heavy metal elements such as lead,cadmium and mercury in the human body may lead to chronic poisoning.Therefore,it is particularly important to detect heavy metal elements in food quickly and accurately.As a widely used food detection and analysis technology,atomic absorption spectrometry has the characteristics of fast,accurate and high sensitivity.Atomic absorption spectroscopy can quantitatively analyze trace heavy metal elements in food samples,providing strong technical support for food quality and safety.Therefore,this article aims to explore the application of atomic absorption spectroscopy in the detection of heavy metal elements in food,clarify the important role of this method in food safety monitoring,and provide useful references for research and practice in thefield of food safety.
