摘要
研究了添加不同比例的回炉料对铝硅合金铸态和热处理态组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随回炉料含量的增加,铸态合金抗拉强度和屈服强度保持小幅度增加趋势,伸长率在回炉料的添加比例不大于20%时变化不大,但当回炉料添加量为30%时,细长的针状Fe相增多,导致其伸长率下降。热处理后,与未添加回炉料相比,回炉料添加比例为10%、20%时,回炉料对合金拉伸性能的影响不大,当回炉料添加比例为30%时,其对伸长率的影响较大,抗拉强度、屈服强度降低约5%,伸长率下降约55%。
The effects of the proportion of foundry returns on the microstructure and properties of Al-Si alloy in cast and treatment states were studied.The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength of the as-cast alloy keep a small increasing trend with the increase of the proportion of foundry returns,the elongation does not change much when the proportion of returns is not more than 20%,but when the amount of returns is 30%,the slender acicular Fe phase increases,leading to a decrease in the elongation.After heat treatment,compared with no returns addition,when the proportion of the returns is 10%and 20%,the tensile performance of the alloy is not affected by the returns,when the proportion of the returns reaches 30%,it has a great influence on the elongation,and the tensile strength and the yield strength decrease by about 5%and the elongation decreases by about 55%.
