H型钢表面裂纹分析

摘要 H型钢热轧后表面出现龟裂缺陷,分别用化学成分检测、金相观察、扫描电镜及能谱仪对裂纹的产生原因进行分析。结果显示,裂纹处富集铜等低熔点杂质元素,铜元素导致钢坯表面产生热脆裂纹,钢中残余铜含量偏高是产生表面裂纹的主要原因。为了减轻或避免残余铜对钢材热加工性能的影响,生产中要严格控制残余铜元素的含量,合理使用废钢。 When the H-beam is hot-rolled,there are cracks on the surface.And the causes of the cracks were analyzed by chemical composition inspection,metallographic observation,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer.The results show that the cracks are enriched with low-melting impurity elements such as copper,and copper causes hot brittle cracks on the surface of the billet.The high residual copper content in the steel is the main reason of the surface cracks.In order to reduce or avoid the influence of residual copper on the hot workability of the steel,the content of residual copper must be strictly controlled during production,and scrap steel should be used rationally.
