摘要
采用有限元计算方法对高强钢环肋部件的角焊缝焊接过程进行分析,主要分析了不同焊接方法焊接过程中的温度分布、焊接变形等,从而对焊接工艺进行优化设计。结果表明:当高强钢环肋结构焊接时,采用双面熔化极氩弧焊打底,在层间温度冷却时间范围内,可施焊弧长最长,达到6.60 m;同时,环肋直径、面-腹板角度、坡口角度均发生变化,面-腹板角变形最小,直径变化最大。
By the finite element calculation method,the welding process of the fillet weld of the high strength steel ring rib parts was analyzed,the temperature distribution in the welding process of the different welding methods,welding deformation were mainly analyzed so as to optimize the welding process design.The results indicate that when the high strength steel ring rib structure is welded,the double-sided molten polar argon arc welding is used for back welding,in the range of interlayer temperature cooling time,the welding arc length can be the longest,up to 6.60 m.At the same time,the diameter of ring rib,face-web angle and groove angle all change during the welding of ring rib structure,and the surface-web angle is the least deformed and the diameter changes the most.
