摘要
采用光学显微镜、显微硬度计和扫描电镜对含铜铁素体抗菌不锈钢的再结晶行为进行研究。研究表明:再结晶保温时间越长,再结晶温度越低。试验钢在保温3、5、7 min条件下,再结晶温度分别为833、773、735℃;试验钢组织和硬度变化可以分为3个阶段,第一阶段试验钢发生回复,显微组织呈纤维状,硬度基本保持不变;第二阶段试验钢发生再结晶,硬度迅速下降;第三阶段试验钢基本完成再结晶而达到完全软化状态,硬度值变化趋于平稳。建立了保温时间t与再结晶温度T之间的关系模型:lnt=9682.3/T-3.56224。
The recrystallization behavior of copper-containing ferrite antibacterial stainless steel was studied by optical microscope,microhardness tester and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the longer the recrystallization holding time,the lower the recrystallization temperature.The recrystallization temperature of the experimental steel is 833℃,773℃ and 735℃,respectively under the conditions of holding for 3,5 and 7 min.The microstructure and hardness evolution of experimental steel can be divided into three stages.In the first stage,the experimental steel is in the recovery process,the microstructure is fibrous,and the hardness remains basically unchanged.In the second stage,the experimental steel is in the recrystallization process,and the hardness drops rapidly.In the third stage,the recrystallization process of the experimental steel is basically completed and reaches a completely softened state,and the hardness value decreases slowly and tends to be stable.The relationship between the holding time t and the recrystallization temperature T is established:lnt=9682.3/T-3.56224.
