双重热处理对TA15钛合金组织演化的影响

摘要 为了研究双重热处理对TA15钛合金组织演化的影响,通过对TA15钛合金进行不同加热温度和保温时间的一步和二步热处理,采用光学显微镜和维氏硬度计分别对合金的组织和硬度进行表征,分析得到不同工艺下合金α相含量的变化规律。结果表明:随着一步热处理温度和保温时间的增加,合金的等轴α相含量也逐渐增多,合金硬度也随之增大,等轴α相含量是合金硬度值的主要影响因素。随着二步热处理温度和保温时间的增加,合金的等轴α相含量均高于40%,形成等轴组织,但此时等轴α相含量并非硬度的主要影响因素。 In order to investigate the effect of double heat treatment on the microstructure evolution of TA15 titanium alloy,the change ofαphase content for TA15 alloy by controlling the heating temperatures and holding time during the first and the second steps of heat treatment were analyzed,and the microstructure and hardness of the alloys were characterized by using optical microscope and Vickers hardness tester,respectively.The results show that the content of equiaxedαphase gradually increases with the increase of the heat treatment temperature and holding time in the first step of heat treatment,and the hardness of the alloy also increases.The content of equiaxedαphase is the main factor affecting the hardness value of TA15 alloy of this time.With the increase of temperature and holding time during the second step of heat treatment,the contents of equiaxedαphase for TA15 alloy are all higher than 40%,resulting in the formation of the equiaxed structure of TA15 alloy.However,the equiaxedαphase content is not the main factor of hardness at this time.
