摘要
传统运载火箭测试工位供配电和测试接地设计存在供配电线路设置不明确、隔离设施不完善、电浪涌抑制和泄放通路设计欠缺等缺点,易导致测试系统接地混乱、测试设备地线之间相互干扰、供电浪涌隔离不彻底、雷电感应防护效果差、引发雷电反击等问题,直接影响地面测试系统的工作可靠性,甚至引发不可预估的重要危害。为有效解决上述问题,对运载火箭测试工位供配电和接地方法进行明确,不仅能够提高测试系统的工作可靠性,降低接地和供配电线路的干扰影响,还可以有效保障测试人员和设备安全,对其他航天型号测试工位电气系统建设具有借鉴意义。
The traditional design of power supply and distribution and testing grounding for launch vehicle testing workshop has problems such as unclear setting of power supply and distribution lines,incomplete isolation facilities,and insufficient design of surge suppression and discharge paths.It can easily lead to confusion in the grounding of the testing system,mutual interference between the grounding wires of the testing equipment,incomplete isolation of power supply surges,poor lightning induction protection effect,and easy to cause lightning strikes.The above issues directly affect the reliability of ground testing systems,and even cause unpredictable and significant harm.To effectively solve the above issues,clarifying the power supply,distribution,and grounding methods of the launch vehicle testing workshop can not only improve the reliability of the testing system,reduce the interference impact of grounding and power supply and distribution lines,but also effectively ensure the safety of testing personnel and property,which has reference significance for the construction of electrical systems in other aerospace model testing workshop.
