摘要
针对多功能雷达典型工作模式判定识别的问题,提出一种基于脉冲序列语义的雷达工作模式分析算法。首先,建立脉冲序列模型,提取表征序列的脉冲波形参数特征和重频模式特征;然后,受自然语言处理的启发,根据自注意力机制对序列整体语义进行特征编码;最后,采用监督学习方法,训练优化模型隐含层参数,提取序列语义特征向量实现序列工作模式的判定和识别。仿真试验结果表明,在序列数据完整的条件下,对雷达工作模式识别的准确率最高可达98.39%,在序列脉冲丢失率和脉冲错分率分别为25%的条件下,对序列工作模式的识别率分别可达87.55%和84.77%,算法对雷达工作模式识别具有较好性能。
To solve the problem of recognize the operation modes of radar,a new radar operation mode recognition algorithm based on semantics of pulse sequences is proposed.First,the sequence model is built to extract the pulse waveform features and the pulse repeat frequency mode features.Then,inspired by the natural language processing,it extracts and encodes the semantic features of the pulse sequence with the self-attention mechanism.Last,the model is trained by supervised learning and the operation modes are recognized by classifying the sequential features.The results of simulations and experiments show that the proposed algorithm is effective to recognize the radar operation modes.The highest recognition rate of operation modes is 98.39%.Under the situation of 25%rate of pulse losing and false pulses,the recognition rates are 87.55%and 84.77%.
