环状RNA在非小细胞肺癌诊断、治疗和预后中的研究进展

Research progress of circRNAs in diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer

非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)约占肺癌的80%~85%,诊断时多为中晚期,预后尚不理想。环状RNA(circRNAs)因其结构的特异性,与其他线性RNA相比稳定性更好,在肿瘤中发挥着多种生物学功能,通过不同的信号通路调控肿瘤的发生发展过程,影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移等过程,很可能成为NSCLC早期诊断和治疗的新靶点以及预后评价的生物标志物。文章主要综述circRNAs在NSCLC中的作用和分子机制,总结circRNAs在NSCLC中早期诊断、治疗以及预后评价中潜在的临床应用价值,其诊断和预后的准确性和有效性、治疗的安全性和可靠性值得进一步研究。

Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)accounts for about 80%to 85%of lung cancer.Most of the patients are di-agnosed in the middle and late stages,and the prognosis is not ideal.Because of its structural specificity,circRNAs are more stable than other linear RNAs.They play a variety of biological functions in tumors,regulate the occurrence and development of tumors through different signaling pathways,and affect the proliferation,invasion and migration of tumor cells.It may be a new target for the early diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC and a biomarker for prognosis evaluation.This paper mainly reviews the role and molecular mechanism of circRNAs in NSCLC,and summarizes the potential clinical application value of circRNAs in the early diagnosis,treat-ment and prognosis evaluation of NSCLC.The accuracy and effectiveness of its diagnosis and prognosis,as well as the safety and relia-bility of treatment deserve further study.
